Terms Of Services
The terms that apply to anyone using this site or submitting a Medicare request through it. Last updated August 2026.
Accepting These Terms
Using this website means accepting the terms set out on this page. They form an agreement between MediCareGrace and each visitor who browses the pages, submits a form, or creates an account here. Anyone who does not accept these terms should stop using the site.
Continued use after a revision has been posted counts as acceptance of the revised version.
Who May Use This Site
This site is intended for adults of legal age who reside in the United States and are looking into Medicare insurance coverage for themselves or for a family member they assist. Submissions from outside that group cannot be processed.
- All details entered on a form must be accurate and belong to the person submitting them, or to someone who has given permission.
- Accounts may not be created on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge.
- Access may be withdrawn where information appears false or where the site is being misused.
What This Site Offers
MediCareGrace provides information and guidance about Medicare insurance choices, including Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement policies and prescription drug coverage. The purpose is to explain options clearly so a decision can be made with the facts in view.
Nothing published here is medical advice, legal advice or tax advice, and no page on this site should be treated as a substitute for the official plan documents issued by an insurance carrier.
Not a Government Agency or Carrier
MediCareGrace is not the federal Medicare program, is not a government agency, and is not an insurance carrier. Coverage is issued by private insurance companies approved to offer Medicare plans, and every plan is governed by the documents that carrier provides.
Where the information on this site differs from a carrier document or an official government source, the carrier document or official source governs.
Accounts and Passwords
Creating an account requires a working email address and a password. Keeping that password private is the responsibility of the account holder, and activity carried out through an account is treated as activity by the person who holds it.
- Report any suspected unauthorized access straight away using the contact details on this page.
- Do not share account credentials with anyone who is not entitled to see the information held there.
- Accounts may be closed at the request of the account holder.
Information Submitted Through Forms
Details entered into a signup or contact form are used to respond to the request and to prepare Medicare coverage information relevant to the person who submitted them. Handling of that information is described in the Privacy Notice published on this site.
Sensitive medical records should not be uploaded or pasted into a form. Only the information needed to review coverage is required.
Messaging and Contact Permissions
Permissions granted on the signup form determine which messages may be sent. Service messages relate to a submitted request, while marketing messages describe Medicare plans and options more broadly. Consent is never a condition of obtaining coverage.
- Text message permission may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to a message.
- Replying HELP to a message returns support information.
- Standard message and data rates set by a mobile carrier may apply, and message frequency may vary.
Acceptable Use
This site is offered for personal, lawful use. The following are not permitted:
- Collecting data from the site through automated tools, scrapers or bulk requests.
- Attempting to gain access to areas of the site or to accounts that are not yours.
- Interfering with the operation of the site or with the experience of other visitors.
- Submitting content that is unlawful, misleading or designed to harass another person.
Ownership of Site Content
The text, layout, images, graphics and code that make up this site belong to MediCareGrace or are used with permission. They may be read and shared for personal reference, but they may not be copied, republished or adapted for commercial purposes without written permission.
Links to Other Websites
Some pages may link to carrier websites, government resources or other outside sources. Those destinations are run by other organizations under their own terms and privacy practices, and MediCareGrace has no control over what they publish or how they handle information.
No Guarantee of Outcome
This site is provided as it stands. Plan availability, benefits, provider networks, drug lists and pricing are set by carriers and can change, so no promise is made that a particular plan will be offered, that a particular provider will remain in a network, or that a particular result will follow from using this site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MediCareGrace is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this site, including losses said to result from reliance on published information or from a service interruption.
Indemnity
Anyone who uses this site in a way that breaks these terms or the law agrees to hold MediCareGrace harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs that arise from that use.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised as services, regulations or site features change. The revised version applies from the moment it is posted, and the date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled as described in the arbitration agreement accepted at signup, where that agreement applies.
